2024 Middle School Coaching Staff
Aaron Wilson
CD Fulkes Head Coach/Athletic Coordinator
Coach Wilson is entering his 8th year of teaching, and his 17th year of coaching. He is in his third year at CD Fulkes as the Boy's Athletic Coordinator/Head Coach. Coach Wilson previously coached at Macomb High School and the Astoria/South Fulton Coop. In his 14 years of coaching high school football in Illinois, he was a part of 11 playoff teams. Coach Wilson graduated from Upper Iowa University with a degree in Physical Eduaction/Health/Athletic Coaching. Before coming to Round Rock ISD, Coach Wilson taught special education for five years at Glenn High School.
Abel Delgado
CD Fulkes Assitant Coach
Coach Delgado is starting his 24rd year of teaching and coaching and his 16th year at CD Fulkes. He is from Austin, Texas and graduated from Reagan High School and received his Bachelors Degree from Texas Tech University. He has worked at Pflugerville High School, Manor High School and Hutto Middle School.
Stephen Cage
CD Fulkes Assistant Coach
Coach Cage is entering his 21st year of teaching and his 9th at CD Fulkes. He received his Bachelors Degree from Southwestern University and his Masters Degree from Baylor University, both in Economics.
Mark Cornejo
Ridgeview Head Coach/Athletic Coordinator
Coach Cornejo is entering his 9th year of coaching, all with Ridgeview, and his 5th year serving as Ridgeview's Athletic Campus Coordinator. Prior to beginning his coaching and teaching career, Coach Cornejo served and retired from the United States Army. He is originally from Kansas and has been a resident of the great state of Texas since 1997. Coach Cornejo holds a Masters Degree in Healthcare Administation from Webster University and a Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Adminstration from Wayland Baptist University. He is married to his lovely wife JoAnn and they have four beautiful daughters, Kayla, Jenna, Marissa and Amanda.
Jonte' L Buhl
Ridgeview Assistant Coach
Coach Buhl is entering his 8th year of coaching, and 5th year at Ridgeview. Prior to his coaching career, Coach Buhl graduated from Texas A&M Univeristy with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultral Science. While at Texas A&M University Coach Buhl Lettered in football and track and field for the fighting Texas Aggies. He is married to his lovely wife Andy Buhl and they have three children, Jayton, Jonte' II, and Aria.
Joshua Mertz
Ridgeview Assistant Coach
Coach Mertz is entering his second year of teaching and coaching, both years at Ridgeview. Before the start of his career he competed in Track and Field, in Shot Put, Discus and Hammer, at Montana State University, the better Bobcats.
Sung Ham
Ridgeview Assistant Coach
Coach Ham is entering his 4th year at Ridgeview Middle School as a teacher/coach. Coach Ham attended Texas State University Majoring in Exercise and Sports Science with a Minor in Special Ed.
